Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Is it possible to arrive / depart earlier / later? Preparing Przytulisko for our Guests takes some time, so during the season it is unlikely that we will be able to extend your stay. However, if you are booking outside the high season, write to us and we will see what we can do 😊 How does the key handover / check-in work? Before your arrival, we will send you a code to the key lockbox. Check-in takes place without our presence. You will receive all instructions 7 days before your arrival. How many people can stay overnight in the house? The house is designed for a maximum of 6 Guests. What is the minimum length of stay? The minimum length of stay depends on the dates. Once you select your dates in the booking calendar, you will immediately see whether the stay is possible. Are there quiet hours at night? Przytulisko is a place created with peace and quiet, nature and relaxation in mind. It is not a space intended for bachelorette or bachelor parties, or for noisy celebrations. **💳 Booking and Payments** When is the booking confirmed? The booking becomes binding once the deposit has been paid and the funds have been credited to our account. Is the deposit refundable? The deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellation less than 32 days before arrival. Is a security deposit required? Yes, a security deposit of PLN 1,000 is required, refunded within 7 days after departure if no damage is found. Minor incidents, such as a broken mug, glass or plate, are not grounds for deducting from the deposit — we simply ask you to let us know so that we can replace them. **🌿 The House and Amenities** Is smoking allowed in the house? No — smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, including e-cigarettes. Is the house heated? Yes — but only by means of the fireplace. When we light it, it's warm; when we don't, the temperature drops. The heating is distributed to the bedrooms upstairs. Is there a washing machine in the house? Yes, up to 11 kg of laundry 🙂 Are towels and bed linen provided? Yes 🙂 a separate set of bed linen (pillow + duvet) awaits each guest, along with two towels (one small and one large) Is there an iron? Yes, an iron and an ironing board are available in the room upstairs. **📶 Internet and multimedia** Is there Wi-Fi in the house? Yes, the house has fast internet and Wi-Fi. You will find the password on site. Is there a TV / Netflix / smart TV? You will find a smart TV in the living room. Streaming platforms for films and music are to be arranged by guests themselves. 🛏️ **Bedrooms** How many bedrooms are there and how are they equipped? The house has 3 bedrooms, including: * 2 double bedrooms upstairs with access to the balcony. Beds measure 160x200 cm.  * 1 bedroom on the ground floor. The bed measures 140 × 200 cm. A separate set of bed linen is provided for each guest.   A detailed description of the beds, bedrooms and interior design can be found in the "Our Interiors" tab. **👶 Children and amenities** Is the house child-friendly for little ones? Yes. On request, we provide: a travel cot with a mattress (90 × 120 cm), Is the property safe for children? The property is fenced; however, as in any place close to nature, children should remain under adult supervision. Is there a playground on the property? Yes — on the grounds of Przytulisko there is a playground designed to suit children's needs, allowing them to play safely and freely in the fresh air. 🍽️ **Kitchen** Is the kitchen fully equipped? Yes — the kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for cooking for a group of 6 people. A detailed list of appliances and equipment is available in the "Our Interiors" tab. **🚿 Bathrooms and toilets** How many bathrooms are there in the house? The house has 1 bathroom, plus a separate toilet on the ground floor. Is the bathroom fully equipped? Yes — the bathroom is fully equipped. You will find the details in the "Interior" tab. Is there a hair dryer? Yes, even with a diffuser 😊 **🔥 Fireplace, grill** Can the fireplace be used? Yes, but we kindly ask that you use it according to the instructions and only with the wood provided for this purpose. Can I barbecue on the grounds of Przytulisko? Yes, but barbecuing is only permitted in the designated area. A charcoal grill is available for your use. Please bring your own charcoal, firelighters and grill trays. **💦 The Lake and SUP Boards** Private Pier For our Guests, we have a private pier on the wild shore of Lake Omulew, just a 7-minute walk from the house. You will find directions on how to get there in the house. The pier is 17 metres long and ends with a platform, and the water depth at its end is about 1.5 metres. The house is located 240 metres from the lake, by a natural, "wild" shore – what does that mean? A wild lakeshore means there is no developed infrastructure – the way to the water leads through unmown terrain, although in the season the paths to the water and piers are usually well trodden. There are numerous piers along the shore, and one of them is reserved for the Guests of Przytulisko :) Can I use the other piers on the lake? Please use the pier prepared for the Guests of Przytulisko. The other piers on the lake are private – let's respect the peace of their owners 😉 Can I enter the water directly from the shore? Yes – although it requires a great deal of caution because of the reeds along the shore, and it's really for the more determined swimmers ;). It's worth walking the route beforehand without any equipment to check the conditions and choose the most convenient launch spot. We recommend using the town beach (2.5 km from Przytulisko), where there is also a lifeguard during the season. At the beach you can easily launch the SUP boards as well, or from our pier :). 🏄‍♂️ SUP Boards – are life jackets available? Yes, we have 4 life jackets in different sizes: S, M, L and XL. How do I inflate the SUP boards? A hand pump is included, and next to the boards you will also find an electric pump, which can also be plugged into a car's cigarette lighter socket. **🚴‍♀️ **Bicycles**** What bikes can we find at Przytulisko? There are 6 bikes available, women's and men's, in a variety of sizes. You'll find a city bike with a little basket ;-) perfect for a trip to the shop, as well as trekking bikes that are ideal for forest outings. Are helmets available? No – please bring your own. Is there a bike pump? Yes, there is a regular bike pump next to the bikes, and an electric pump inside the house 🙂 🐾 **Pets** Can I bring a pet? Tak, psiaki są u nas mile widziane. Opłata jest jednorazowa za pobyt i zależy od wielkości psa: do 10 kg – 200 zł, 10–25 kg – 250 zł, powyżej 25 kg – 300 zł. Pupila najlepiej dodać od razu przy rezerwacji. Duże psy (powyżej 25 kg) przyjmujemy maksymalnie 1 na dom. Jeśli chcecie przyjechać z większą liczbą zwierząt, napiszcie do nas – chętnie porozmawiamy. Prosimy o sprzątanie po pupilu i pilnowanie go na terenie posesji. Is the property fenced? Yes, but clever animals may find a way through – it's worth keeping an eye on them. **🚗 Parking and the property grounds** Where can I park my car? Parking is available behind the entrance gate, for a maximum of 3 cars. Can I charge an electric car? No – the house's electrical installation is not suited for charging electric cars. **🧳 Check-out – what to keep in mind** What does the day of departure look like? On the day of departure, please check out by 10:00 AM (if you need more time, let us know in advance and we'll see what we can do 😊). At the end of your stay, we'd be very grateful if you could: leave the house generally tidy take the rubbish out to the gazebo and sort it for recycling wash the dishes you've used and empty the fridge leave the towels in the bathroom If something has been broken or needs repair, simply let us know – it's very helpful to us. Refundable deposit – how does it work? After your departure, we check the condition of the house to make sure everything is in order for our next Guests. If we notice any damage (or know that something happened during your stay), we always approach it in a friendly, human way – together we look for a fair solution that will restore the house to its original condition. In the case of more serious damage, the cost of repair is assessed individually. **🛒 The area and practical information** Are there attractions for children, as well as walking and cycling routes, nearby? Yes – you'll find suggestions for children's attractions, as well as walking and cycling routes, in the "Okolica" (Area) tab. **Shops and restaurants** Where is the nearest shop? The nearest local grocery store is about 12 km from Przytulisko - Dino, in the village of Napiwoda. We also recommend doing larger shopping trips in Nidzica. We have also described recommended restaurants and places worth visiting in the "Surroundings" tab. **🌧️ Weather and alternatives** What can you do when it rains? A cosy fireplace, games, books and peaceful time at home – and we also invite you to visit the 'Surroundings' tab, where you will find places we recommend in the nearby and wider area. **🤍 Practical information** Do you issue invoices? Yes. If you need an invoice, please let us know when making your reservation. How does the deposit refund work? After check-out, our team inspects the condition of the house. If we find no damage, the deposit is refunded within 7 days at the latest from the check-out date. Minor incidents, such as a broken mug, glass or plate, are not grounds for deducting from the deposit — we simply ask you to let us know so that we can replace them. Can additional guests be invited to stay overnight? No — the number of guests staying and sleeping in the house must match the reservation made. What should I do in case of a breakdown or problem?
